We are aware of an issue affecting email delivery.
Currently, you may not be able to receive emails in your normal way with email clients or by logging in via Webmail.
This issue has been caused by an update made by our service provider, where the actual physical server system is located. Since this update is important as it fixes an XSS vulnerability that has already become popular, it cannot be rolled back.
Coupled with recent PHP and cPanel updates, and further compounded by Horde Webmail being deprecated, this leaves us with no option but to wait for an update fix. Rest assured, our team is actively working on resolving this issue.
In the meantime, we have managed to get the emails working intermittently in some cases. To enable this, you may see a 'No response from server' message briefly every couple of hours when using cPanel or our Client Portal.
